B is 3 months old!!!!!

3 month memorable moments

*Weight: 12lb 4oz

*Height: not sure

*Hair: Slowly remaking it's appearance!  Mommy brushes it after each shower!  Wanted to note your eyes are still blue/gray - maybe they won't change!
*Diaper: Size 1, but not for long!
*Clothing: Outgrown more outfits :(  doesn't fit in any of the 0-3 month stuff (pants and arms are short).  Barely fits in the 3 months - all getting too short and worried that it will mess with your legs/hips if you can't stretch out!...but 6 months are way too long, so you have about 3 outfits that work!
*Health/Meds: Acid Reflex - Omeprazole (3ml/2x a day).  After trying everything on your rash per doctors orders (JJ soap, Aveeno soap, California Baby lotion, washing face every time you spit up, Vaseline) we finally went the "nothing" route - and BAM....rash gone!!
*Sleep: Stopped sleeping through the night after 2 month shots so routine this month: goes to bed around 8:30pm, wakes up and eats at 3:38am, and sleeps until 7am when mommy wakes you up.
*Eat: Have forgotten to mention that you are fast and noisy eater!!  You breastfeed in 20 min max and bottle takes you about 10 minutes to finish.  Very nice for the middle of the night feeding :)  Still eating every 3 hours.
*Toys: You loves to have your elephant blanket rubbed on your bare skin...it's one of the only times you actually sit still!!  You hold your orange ball - and sometimes "throw" it at us!

*Laughed for first time!!  Best noise in the world!  You had a VERY rough day, and mommy was ready to lose it....and then you laughed and mommy was laughing through her tears :)
*You are OBSESSED with your hands!!  You suck on them constantly - but you finally found your thumb!!  We hear lots of "thumb smacking"!!
*You gurgle!! It literally sounds like you are rolling your tongue at us!!  If we copy you, you'll continue to gurgle!!
*You currently smiles and/or laugh at: farting noises, "sniff attack"s, clicking of tongue, and kisses on your tummy!
*Ahhh pooping!!  Never gets old!!  I can ALWAYS tell when you are working out a poop cause you grunt!!  (just like daddy....shhhh!)
*You LOVE to be in the baby Bjorn (but only if you are facing out!) - you help us cook dinner and clean the house!!
*You flirt with your reflection in the mirror!!  You just sit there smiling and cooing at yourself!!
*Still like to lay by yourself kicking those little feet, and talking and smiling at mommy and daddy!
*You light up and smile when daddy and I walk in the room!!  It's so fun to watch you follow us :)
*We have started to wake you up in the morning (or in naps in your swing) - and we get this HUGE smile as you stretch and wake up!  It's awesome!!
*Mommy's favorite thing of all time is when you have been sleeping in your swing / car seat for awhile - and mommy picks you up - you stick your butt out and you are in this pike position - I LOVE IT!!  I just cuddle you until you wake up!
*You like to go on walks!  It's FINALLY been nice enough a couple times to get outside even!!  You fall asleep almost every time you are in your stroller!!
*You're not so sure about the sun...haha.  You squint every time we bring you outside.  It's like it's too hard to keep your eyes open with that bright sun!!  I think it's cause you don't recognize the sun yet :)
*In "big boy" tub - we took out the newborn insert in your tub, so now you just sit in the plastic tub all by yourself!
*You can sit in the bumbo all by yourself!  It cracks mom up cause your little feet don't reach the ground!
*We took the pillow incline out of crib to get you ready for the daycare crib.....
*Mommy went back to work :( and you went to daycare for the first time!  Such a sad day...mommy missed you so much!!
*Got your first cold! (after our visit to daycare).  Awful little baby coughs and stuffed nose - which breaks mommy's heart.  Mommy has been sucking your boogers out with the Nose Frida - and you don't mind at all!
*You love to lay on our bed and watch the fan.  This month has been filled with LOTS of mommy and Brody naps, so we just snuggle on our bed - watching the fan - and looking through pictures on mommy's phone!
*Ahhhh you love to be naked!!  Mommy has gotten PEED on lots cause she lets you go a little too long without a diaper!!
*You are SO close to rolling over!!  You'll do just about anything to get your fingers in your mouth, so you sort of lay on your side...just need that leg to push you right over!
