Saying GOODBYE to 2018 and HELLO to 2019 with friends and fam!!

Ross has to work today, and I woke up all on my own...I came out to this!!  No wonder they had been so quiet this morning!!  Who needs to actually open toys when you can use all the boxes for a sweet fort!!!

We ate a little bfast, got ready, and hit the road to meet up with Assmann crew at Crayola Experience.  B LOVED his bday card from them :)  Thanks guys!!

It was hard to keep track of 5 kids and catch up with Burkes...hahaha

As we were eating lunch, they had a New Years Eve countdown -- it last a total of 10 seconds but the kids thought all the streamers were cool :)

Once we could get them out of the climbing area, we did some more fun art!

We got back home when Ross was coming home from work - fun day!!  Guess we missed our nap today....whoops!!  Made up an app quick and then we loaded up and headed to Kadings for a fun NYE celebration!!!  We enjoyed some yummy apps!!

Then it was time for some yummy dessert...

Around 9:30, we packed up and headed to Gpa's to ring in the New Year with the fam!!!

The boys were still not melting down so we stayed and did the 11pm countdown with everyone!!

We headed home, tucked the boys into bed, saw the ball drop at midnight, and capped off the eve with a hot tub soak before crashing!!  Here is to a great 2019!!!

1st time Ice Fishing this winter!!

The boys and I headed out ice fishing for the first time -- Ross was pumped we wanted to go :)  We met up Tim and Vince too!!

We didn't catch any fish but we still had a great time :)

Vince and B even brought out the skates :)

B was annoyed it wasn't as easy as he remembered, so hopefully lessons in a couple of weeks help!!  Maybe it was the bumpy ice...

Next time you see us there will be an OCEAN in the background......AHHHHHH

My Bubba Wubba

This afternoon, we dropped B off at Carrick's 6th birthday party!!

He had SO much fun!!!  Happy Happy 6th Birthday Carrick!!

Evan had fun being Mom and Dad's only company :)  We ate a yummy dinner at Lucky 13 during the Viks game, and ran some errands before picking up B!

On the way home, the boys dropped me off at Tavern 4&5 for some drinks and girl time with Linda :)
