New Years Eve -- Dam Lake Style

 At Evan's nap time, we headed out for the cabin!!  YAY!!  Or as Brody said "YAY - I'm so excited!!  All my cousins are going to be there"!  :)

 We wasted no time and started playing with our cousins...

Daddy wasted no time getting outside to ice fish!!  FINALLY!

 Evan was sporting a little fever - poor dude - so it was a good thing we had lots of peeps to hold him!

Then it was midnight!  HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!

2015 -- you brought some of the best memories and the absolute worst in my life.  It wasn't hard to say good bye to the year we have had, but I'm sad that I'm starting a new year without my Mom :(  I pray that 2016 is a better year for my whole family -- and instead of making "resolutions", I just promised myself to be a better person and continue to make my Momma proud of me!

BUT that means Mom got more work done, so she could pick the boys up early and head to malt shop for some yummy dinner and treats :)

B got to open ANOTHER present today from Kris -- he was pretty psyched about his transformers!!

 Then we finally attacked Ross's closet and got rid of all the stuff that doesn't fit anymore :)

Snow, New Words, and Superhero Kinda day!!

Since it's a very easy work week with everyone being out - and it snowed...I decided to keep the boys home and worked from home!  Brody was watching the Chipmunks and eating lunch while I fed and put Evan down.

Then B and I got to head outside and play while Evan napped!!  Best SNOW DAY ever!!

While Brody slept, Evan and I got to read books and learn WORDS!!  He now says Momma, Dadda, YAY, and Woah (those last two are new this week!)  Also, his latest thing is this little smirk -- it might be my new fav :)

B woke up and rescued the good guys with his super powers!!!

Then we waited in Oma's homemade goods till Oma and Bupa came over for dindin and play time!
